Caspio Support for Students and Staff
If you need assistance with Caspio (including passwords and two-factor authentication), please submit a support ticket. Once you submit a new ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track the status of your ticket at any time or close it if you're no longer needing help.
Additionally, you will get email updates when the ticket is assigned, updated, or if we have further questions about the issue.
Reminder: Caspio does NOT use your school credentials or ODU two-factor authentication.
