ODU students recently participated in a sport-themed boot camp organized by the University’s Department of Recreation and Wellness in partnership with ODU Athletics. Participants worked out alongside varsity women's athletes, motivating each other to reach new heights. The experience featured a dynamic HIIT-style workout incorporating equipment like battle ropes, agility ladders and barbells, providing a comprehensive full-body challenge and a chance to make new friends.
