This session will explore how mentoring networks can support your professional growth, open new opportunities, and strengthen collaboration across departments. Participants will leave this one-hour professional development session with a practical set of tools to help expand and strengthen their developmental network. In addition, they will complete a Developmental Network Questionnaire that can be used as a personalized resource for ongoing reflection and professional growth.
