The Graduate Society for International Studies (GSIS) at Old Dominion University is excited to invite you to participate in the GSIS Annual Graduate Research Conference 2025, an event designed for emerging scholars like you.

 

This year’s theme, Stormy Weather: Pressing Issues in International Politics, will explore critical challenges shaping our world. Organized by graduate students from ODU, the conference offers a platform for you to present your work, gain valuable feedback, and connect with peers.

How to Participate:
Submit your abstract by December 10, 2024, at bit.ly/GSIS-CONF
The conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing you to attend either in-person in Norfolk, Virginia, or online.
 
Key Dates to Remember:
December 10*, 2024: Soft Deadline to Register & Submit Abstracts  
December 15, 2024: Notification of acceptance
February 28, 2025: Final papers due
March 21, 2025: Conference date

We welcome exceptional undergraduate students, by recommendation from their professors, to attend or participate. Faculty can recommend students by emailing us at GSIS@odu.edu.
