Hello ODU students, faculty, and staff! Are you over the age of 55 and/or have a history of cardiovascular disease or type 2 diabetes? Did u know that daily physical activity can prevent or delay the progression of common conditions associated with aging? Here at ODU we offer two programs in the Wellness Institute and Research Center to provide individuals with supervised and individualized exercise programs. These programs include aerobic, resistance, and balance training. It is also a chance to be around similar individuals who are also looking to improve their fitness and overall well-being.
