The Executive, Governance and Nominating Committees of the Old Dominion University Board of Visitors will meet on Monday, August 9, 2021, during the times noted below. The agendas for the Executive and Governance Committee meetings are attached.
Noon - 1:00 p.m. Executive Committee Meeting
1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Governance Committee
The Nominating Committee will meet immediately following the conclusion of the Governance Committee meeting.
These meetings will be held in the Board Room of the Kate and John R. Broderick Dining Commons on the main campus of Old Dominion University, 1 Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA 23529. One or more members of the Committees may participate remotely, but only if a quorum of the Committee is physically present at the meeting location.
