Special Emergency Meeting

The Rector of Old Dominion University has called a special emergency meeting of the Board of Visitors on Thursday, May 21, at 2:00 p.m., for the purpose of electing a nominating committee for officer elections. Pursuant to Executive Amendment 28 to HB29 (2020), the Board will meet by electronic communication means, without a quorum and without any Committee member physically assembled at one location,

Members of the public may submit written comments related to the attached agenda to the Executive Secretary to the Board at dmeeks@odu.edu by Noon on May 21. Public comments should address only the items listed on the attached agenda and will be distributed to the Board prior to the meeting.
A recording of the meeting will be posted to the Board of Visitors website following the meeting.
