The ODU Physics Department hosted its 4th Annual Open House on Saturday, March 19th from 1:00-5:00 pm. Invited were people with an interest in science. There were a full-dome planetarium shows, live demo show by Dr. Larry Weinstein and Justin Mason, tours of the research labs, and a hands-on demo room. The annual favorite is physics students making ice cream using liquid nitrogen. The event was free and open to the public.
