Beginning July 1, 2025, HRT GoPass365 will only be available for purchase in the ODU Transportation and Parking Services office, located at 4310 Elkhorn Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23508. Please remember to bring your ODU/VHS ID when purchasing a HRT GoPass365. Pass pricing is as follows; Students $50 per year and Faculty/Staff $130 per year.

Passes are valid from July 1^st to June 30^th each year. HRT GoPass365 is not prorated meaning the price will remain the same all year round and will not change based on when the pass is purchased. There is a limit of one per ODU affiliate and a $25 replacement fee for lost or stolen passes. Click here to learn more about HRT GoPass365 on our website.
