Join the conversation with ODU student artists as they share their experiences of researching and creating artwork for Envisioning Revolution! This impressive exhibition features facsimiles of the students’ original artworks, which were produced on campus and are currently displayed in Richmond in partnership with the Library of Virginia. Developed to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary, the project invited students to create portraits inspired by Virginians represented in Revolutionary-era legislative petitions. Don’t miss the opportunity to engage with the histories, questions, and perspectives behind it!
