Due to ODU Research Foundation’s mandatory system maintenance starting Friday, February 6th and running through the weekend, all fully approved timesheets for the pay period January 25–February 7, 2026, must be submitted no later than Friday, February 6, 2026, at noon.
Please estimate your time for any remaining days in all applicable periods prior to submission to allow supervisors sufficient time to review and approve timesheets before the deadline. Any necessary corrections may be made during the following pay period.
Submitting timesheets by the stated deadline will allow adequate time for processing and help avoid any delays in payment.
