Join us on February 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the Student Recreation and Well-Being Center for a fun and relaxing Partner Yoga session at ODU! This special class is designed for pairs, so bring your partner, friend, or workout buddy and explore supportive stretches, balance poses, and mindful movement together. Both participants must sign up individually in advance, as we will not be pairing people at the event. Yoga mats will be provided, just bring your energy, connection, and a willingness to flow together! Register on the ODU Rec Well Portal!
