ODU's Koch Hall to Undergo Renovations in 2019

Old Dominion University's Koch Hall will undergo renovations starting in January. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2019. It will consist of replacing the HVAC equipment and ductwork; installing new LED lights; and providing a new roof and lighting protection system. In addition to renovations inside, the Koch Hall elevator will also be replaced.

Because of these building improvements, all personnel within Koch Hall will be moved to various locations. Here is the relocation schedule:

  • Graduate Studies, Monarch Hall, 10/17-10/18
  • Academic Affairs - Asst. Provost, Monarch Hall, 10/22-10/24
  • Student Engagement and Enrollment Services (SEES), Spong Hall, 10/25-10/26
  • Academic Affairs and Admin Finance - Budget, Peri Annex, 10/29
  • Strategic Communication and Marketing, Peri Annex, 10/30-10/31
  • University Counsel, Tri-Cities, 11/1
  • Presidential Suite, Visual Arts Building, 11/3 - 11/4
  • Provost, Visual Arts Building, 11/5
  • VP for Admin & Finance, Visual Arts Building, 11/12
  • VP for Student Engagement and Enrollment Services, Visual Arts Building, 11/7 -11/8
  • Office of Community Engagement, Monarch Hall, 11/19 - 11/20
