ODU owns the copyright and other rights to the photos in these galleries. News organizations have ODU's permission to publish the photos in connection with news articles about ODU, provided that the photo is not altered in any way and that such use does not state or otherwise imply the approval or endorsement by ODU. The display of the photo must credit Old Dominion University.
