Made with the Sun is a festival pop-up exhibition celebrating artwork created in collaboration with the Sun! Artists working in any medium are invited to submit works that incorporate sunlight, solar energy, UV exposure, heat, or other sun-driven processes as an essential part of their creation. From cyanotypes and solar prints to experimental and conceptual works, we welcome creative interpretations of what it means to make art with the sun. The exhibition is open to all artists, with priority given to ODU students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
