Dr. Ertunga C. Ozelkan is Professor and Chair of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at Old Dominion University. Prior to ODU, he served as Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Associate Director of the Center for Lean Logistics and Engineered Systems. Before academia, he worked at i2 Technologies and Tefen USA, focusing on supply chain and systems design. He holds a Ph.D. in Systems and Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona. His teaching and research focus on decision and risk analysis, production planning and control, lean six sigma, and supply chain optimization. Dr. Ozelkan has published over 90 papers and received multiple national awards for teaching and professional service.
