Dear Colleagues,

The purpose of this correspondence is to communicate the eligibility requirements and other details surrounding the state-funded one-time bonus payment of $1000 for full-time faculty and staff.

  • All full-time employees paid semi-monthly will receive the bonus on their December 1, 2022, paycheck.
  • All full-time employees paid bi-weekly will receive the bonus on their December 2, 2022, paycheck.
  • Bonuses for eligible part-time classified employees will be pro-rated.

Eligibility Requirements by Employment Classification:

Classified Employees

  • Employed as of August 10, 2022, in a salaried position and remaining employed in a salaried position on December 1, 2022.
  • Employees who have received at least a contributor rating on the most recent performance evaluation.
  • Employees with no Written Notices issued under the Standards of Conduct within the preceding 12-month period (November 10, 2021 - November 10, 2022).

Administrative/Professional Faculty

  • Employed as of August 10, 2022, in a salaried position and remaining employed in a salaried position on December 1, 2022.
  • Performing at a satisfactory level.

Teaching/Research Faculty

  • Employed as of August 10, 2022, in a salaried position and remaining employed in a salaried position on December 1, 2022.
  • Performing at a satisfactory level.
