Ms. James-Valentine is a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) and holds the Federal Acquisition Certification – Contracting Officer's Representative (FAC-COR) Level III, with an emphasis that focuses on helping leaders strengthen positivity within teams, utilize leadership skills to navigate organizational changes, and build high-performing, improve trust, and people-centered organizations that promote positive outcomes for our institution.
