Diane Holland

An accomplished leader in organizational development, human resources, leadership development, and conflict resolution, Dr. Holland brings extensive experience in advancing organizational effectiveness, cultivating high-performing teams, and fostering positive workplace cultures. She provides strategic leadership for university-wide professional development initiatives, organizational assessments, change management, and informal conflict resolution services across ODU's campuses. Dr. Holland holds a Doctor of Education, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and a Master of Public Administration. Her professional credentials include Certified Organizational Ombuds Practitioner (CO-OP®), Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, Certified Conflict Mediator, and Certified Master Life Coach.
