Dr. Anne Marie Perrotti is a certified speech-language pathologist with a PhD in Special Education who dedicates her research to bridging disciplinary perspectives using interprofessional innovation, education, and development. Her work focuses on understanding and responding to relationships between trauma/family violence, cognitive-communication disabilities, and the school-to-confinement pipeline for youth and young adults. She also designs programs for system involved youth and autistic people to facilitate STEAM work-readiness skills. Dr. Perrotti has won two teaching awards and is committed to serving the community and at-risk populations through advocacy and awareness
