The Center for Career and Leadership Development Employer Partner Program offers an opportunity for employers to demonstrate their commitment and financial support to Old Dominion University. Partner with us to support career education while enhancing your recruitment efforts of Monarchs.

  • Two booth registrations, admission for four representatives, and an electrical connection at the in-person Fall and Spring Career & Internship Fairs.
  • Premier booth placement at the Career & Internship Fair (based on consultation with Center for Career and Leadership Development staff).
  • Prominent recognition of partnership at the Fall and/or Spring Career & Internship Fair (based on semester(s) selected) through on-site print and digital signage.
  • Prominent recognition of partnership on the Center for Career and Leadership Development website, within the office, on a display outside of the suite, and on the Guidebook app used for the Career & Internship Fairs.
  • Career opportunities social media campaign on Instagram to include four graphics and three videos.
  • Two email campaigns (once each semester) to highlight career opportunities to targeted population.
  • Access to resume book (once each semester) of targeted population distributed to designated employer representative.

  • Presenting partner for the CCLD Career Champions Program.
