Old Dominion University will take on Western Kentucky in the Famous Toastery Bowl at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Jerry Richardson Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN.

This will be ODU’s third bowl game. The Monarchs defeated Eastern Michigan 24-21 in the 2016 Popeyes Bahamas Bowl and lost to Tulsa 30-17 in the 2021 Myrtle Beach Bowl. ODU (6-6) and Western Kentucky (7-5) were once Conference USA rivals and have played each other seven times. The Hilltoppers won six of those games.

There are a number of watch parties scheduled for ODU fans who aren’t making the trip to Charlotte.

The Dirty Buffalo at 2028 South Independence Boulevard and New Realm Brewing Company at 1209 Craft Lane will hold parties in Virginia Beach. Parties will also be held at The Dirty Buffalo in Norfolk (4012 Colley Ave.) and Chesapeake (612 Grassfield Parkway).

Smoke BBQ Restaurant and Bar at 10900 Warwick Boulevard in Newport News is the place to be on the Peninsula while Hurley's Tavern, 4028 Cox Road in Glen Allen, is hosting a party in Richmond's West End.

If you want to attend the game, tickets are still available. They start at $56.
