Join us for Roots and Rainbows: Pride Beyond Borders, an engaging educational and community building event that explores what Pride looks like around the world!
Pride is celebrated in many different ways across countries and cultures. This event will examine the diverse experiences of LGBTQ+ communities globally, highlighting how identity, visibility, safety, language, and cultural contexts shape what Pride means in different parts of the world.
Come broaden your understanding of LGBTQ+ identities beyond the U.S. perspective, learn about the rich diversity of queer experiences worldwide, and connect with others in meaningful conversation and reflection.
All students are welcome. We hope to see you there as we celebrate the many roots, stories, and communities that make up the global LGBTQ+ experience!
