In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1990 (Clery Act), 20 U.S.C. Sec 1092f, this notice is to inform the Old Dominion University community that the 2024 Campus Security and Fire Safety report, specifically the crime statistics, that covers the ODU Norfolk Campus, along with the Virginia Beach Higher Education and Peninsula campuses have been updated.  In addition, the report for the Macon and Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences at Old Dominion University (VHS) has been updated to reflect a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the City of Norfolk Police Department.  The MOU describes the concurrent jurisdiction with the NPD and its boundaries.

The first report reflects the main ODU Norfolk campus, along with the Virginia Beach Higher Education campus, Tri-Cities campus, and Peninsula campus, and can be accessed directly through this link:
