The Interfraternity Council (IFC) at Old Dominion University is the governing board of the fraternities that fall under the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC).

At Old Dominion University, the Interfraternity Council consists of 9 active organizations.

The men of IFC work together to unite fraternities in friendly competition, focus on common goals, and create a network of support for chapters and members.

How to Join an IFC Fraternity

IFC does not host formal recruitment as a council, but rather on an individual chapter basis. If you are interested in a particular chapter, contact them directly.

Requirements to Join an IFC Fraternity

Requirements to join an IFC Fraternity are 2.5 High School, Transfer, or Continuing Student GPA, be enrolled as a Full-Time student, and be in good standing with the Office of Student Accountability and Academic Integrity.
