Classroom Modernization
The University has made a $30 million investment over a three-year period to modernize 180 classrooms. Twenty modernized classrooms have been delivered and are actively being used for instruction. Training has been conducted, alongside deployment with 24+ workshops and group trainings, as well as 100+ individual faculty support consultations. XR Lab transitioned from pilot to production with Phase I delivered and operational, as well as supports for instructional use and exploratory research with staff mediation.
Systems and Process Alignment
The Student Information System (SIS) term structures were updated to support 8-week enrollment models. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM), through Salesforce, workflows have been aligned to accelerated academic calendars. The Learning Management System (LMS), through Canvas, integrations have been refined to support pacing, grading, and instructional continuity.
Research Enablement
Cloud-based research environments were established and are in active use. Over thirty research teams and two courses have been onboarded to centrally supported research infrastructure. Documented outcomes include reduced time-to-access and improved compliance.
