Did You Complete a Summer 2026 Internship? Make Sure It’s on Your Transcript!
Your internship was more than a summer job. It was part of your learning experience. Make sure it becomes part of your ODU academic record!
If you completed an internship during Summer 2026 but did not enroll in a course connected to that experience, complete the Monarch Internship and Co-Op Office Past Internship Recognition Form.
Students with approved applications will receive work-based learning recognition on their ODU transcript, helping you document the experience you gained beyond the classroom.
Already took a course for your internship?
If you were enrolled in a course such as CYSE 368, HIST 368, UNIV 168, GRAD 668, or another internship/WBL course, your experience is already captured on your transcript. You do not need to apply again.
