Notification for Commencement Participants

The uncertainty of the weather forecast for tomorrow makes the processional a bit challenging, but since many of you have asked us to maintain the processional, we will do so.

You may bring a very small, compact umbrella. If weather dictates its use, you may process with it into the Big Blue Room. Tables will be in place there for you to leave your umbrella during the ceremony, since they are not permitted inside the arena. You can reclaim your umbrella after the ceremony. University staff are not responsible for lost or unclaimed umbrellas.

Reminder: Participating graduates will check-in and robe in Parking Garage "E" (corner of 49th Street and Bluestone Avenue). This is updated information from what is printed on your student ticket.
