Seth Horner, Tuba Oksana Lutsyshyn, Piano 7:00 pm, Wednesday 6/26/19 Chandler Recital Hall Diehn Center for the Performing Arts Old Dominion University 1339 W. 49th Street Norfolk, VA Free and open to the public A native of Eugene, Oregon, Seth Horner is the Principal Tuba of the North Carolina Symphony in Raleigh, NC. Horner was Acting-Principal Tuba of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra for three seasons beginning in 2014 and served as part-time instrumental faculty teaching tuba and euphonium at Towson University for three semesters. At the age of 19, Seth performed a one-year position as Principal Tuba of the Colorado Symphony Orchestra under Marin Alsop, and has held positions as the Principal Tuba of the West Virginia Symphony and the Oregon Ballet Theatre Orchestra.
