- The ODU Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Professor Dennis Zeisler will present Viva I'talia, featuring the music of Italy. Selections include Florentiner Marche, Italian Concerto, Tancredi Overture, Intermezzo Sinfonico, Italian Polka, Italian Rhapsody, Symphonic Concert March, and Adagio and Tarentella featuring ODU Alum Jo Marie Tona Larkin as clarinet soloist. This is Professor Zeisler's 39th and final year at Old Dominion University, as he will retire June 1, 2018. Come celebrate the music of Italy and Professor Zeisler's long tenure at the F. Ludwig Diehn School of Music. Free and open to the public! Arrive early for the best seating.
