All ODU faculty are invited to attend the ODU Institute for Coastal Adaptation & Resilience (ICAR) Fall Luncheon on September 29 from 12 noon to 1:30 pm at the Webb Center (Cape Charles-Isle of Wight room). The event will feature Emily Breen, the Acting Resilience Planning Program Manager with the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation.
