Did you know? ODU Recreation and Wellness is offering a 7-day “Try Before You Buy” free trial to the Student Recreation and Well-Being Center (SRWC) from January 1 to February 28, 2026. Qualifying individuals are encouraged to stop by our front desk beginning January 1 to start your free 7 days of gym access! Gym memberships are available to ODU faculty, staff, alumni, sponsored spouses and approved affiliates.
An SRWC membership includes:
- Functional training space with boxing bags

- 25 ft Rock Climbing Wall
