- diversABILITY is an allyship training opportunity for students who want to further social justice for people who experience disability. With approximately 11% of college students and 20% of the general population experiencing disability, it is imperative that we become more aware of the needs of this large and diverse group. We must better understand how we can work together to break down barriers for this population to help shape a more inclusive ODU community.
