Fun, recreation activities for EVERYbody! ODU Recreation and Wellness is hosting its first Adapted Recreation Expo on Friday, 10/4, from 4pm-7pm in the Student Recreation Center. The expo is a unified and accessible event for people of all abilities. Join the Wheelchair Basketball, Goalball, or Sitting Volleyball games. Or use an adapted harness to climb up the Rock Wall. You can also learn how to adapt fitness equipment to best fit your needs, relieve stress, or take a Sensory Yoga class! Snacks and T-shirts will also be provided.
