In this webinar, Dr. Rachel McLaren from the NCFDD addresses three questions that most faculty confront sometime in their careers. 1) Are you confused about when to say "yes" and "no" to other people's requests? 2) Do you often say "yes" without realizing the impact the response will have on productivity? 3) Do you find yourself feeling angry during the academic year because you have said "yes" too often? Discussion will follow the conclusion of the webinar.
