ODU's NFSP is a cohort-style program that meets monthly throughout the academic year to help recent hires build relationships, connect with experienced faculty, discuss the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD) core curriculum, and have questions answered through practical, conversation-based sessions.
