Born and raised in Rhode Island, Dr. Deutsch spent several years in Atlanta before moving to Virginia Beach in 2016. He is the Medical Director of the PA EM Fellowship. He enjoys spending time outdoors with wife and two sons hiking, biking, camping, kayaking, and sailing.
