Registration Types & Rates

Access to all content including Technical Sessions, Plenary Session, Poster Session, and Special Events. Also includes access to the onsite Exhibition and Technical Digest.

*All presenters must register by 23:59 EDT (UTC-04:00), on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Canceling a Registration: Refund requests must be received in writing by Monday, March 11, 2024. A 50% refund less processing service charge of $75 will be granted if the request is received by March 11, 2024. Cancellation requests submitted after Monday, March 11. 2024, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Please allow four to six weeks to process a refund request.

Abstract fees are non-refundable.

* Not a member of CBE? Choose the Combination Membership and Meeting registration to receive a discounted registration rate plus CBE affiliate membership for one calendar year (2023). Membership includes a subscription to Bioelectronics Spotlights and Quarterly Newsletter. An affiliate member may be eligible to receive access to state-of-the-art Center Facilities and Networked Resources and make other significant contributions to CBE's research and research training missions. Publication of Conference Papers

Accepted and presented conference papers must follow the following format:

50-Word Abstract: Brief and concise summary of your article. The abstract will be included in the Conference Program and the 2-page summary paper.

2-Page Summary Paper: All contributed authors must submit a final summary for publication in the Technical Digest. All PDF submissions MUST contain the following items to be published:

1. Complete title
2. Complete listing of all authors and their affiliations
3. Self-contained 50-words abstract
4. Appropriate copyright statement following the abstract. © Name of the author(s).
5. Any trademarked or copyrighted images or figures require official written permission.

Author Registration

Note: for an accepted abstract to be presented and included in the Technical Digest, at least one author must be registered.

A full registration fee is required for each paper.

Student Registration fees do not ensure paper publication in the Technical Digest.

Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.
