We were also looking for a proven professional with deep experience in these two broad functional areas, as well as significant scholarly activities and on-going professional development. It was important to identify an individual who had the needed background and direct experience with enrollment planning and programming, which is an area where Dr. Hephner LaBanc truly excelled during her tenure at Ole Miss. With her selection, we have concluded a successful search that will provide profound and lasting benefits to our campus community, including current and future generations of Monarch students.”

Based on Dr. Hephner LaBanc’s extensive background, as well as our overwhelmingly positive interactions with her, there is no question that she is the Monarch we were looking for.”
