Winter Term ITS Help Desk Hours
The ITS Help Desk will be available for technical support during the Winter Term.

Now - December 22 and January 3 - 6
- We will have staff onsite during regular business hours, and 24/7 first-level support via phone and email.

December 23 - January 2 (University closed)
- Our offices will be closed, but we will continue to provide 24/7 first-level phone and email support. ITS staff will check tickets 2 - 3 times per day to assist with and/or escalate any reported issues.
Due to the holidays, limited support will be available during the following times:
- December 24 (12 noon) to December 26 (8 a.m.)
- December 31 (12 noon) to January 2 (8 a.m.)
If you encounter an issue during this time, please contact the Help Desk immediately at itshelp@odu.edu or 757-683-3192, and include "Winter Term" in your report. Provide as much detail as possible so that we can troubleshoot more efficiently. Please include:
- A brief description of the issue
- What class it is happening in
- Any screen shots or error messages
- A contact phone number, in case we need to get in touch with you
