The Cardinal Human Capital Management (HCM) application, including all Employee Self-Service (ESS) functions, will be unavailable to all users from Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 6:30 a.m. through Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. to support fiscal year-end processing.
