January 14-15, 2021
The Old Dominion University Presidential Search Committee will meet on January 14 and 15, 2021. 10:00 a.m. The agenda is attached.
Pursuant to ยง 4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Committee will meet by electronic communication means, without any committee members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board of Visitors and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.
The meeting will be called to order in open session on January 14 at 7:30 a.m. and will reconvene in closed session until approximately 6:00 p.m. when it will recess for the remainder of the day. The closed session will be reconvened on January 15 at 7:45 a.m. until approximately at 5:15 p.m. when it will reconvene in open session before adjourning.

Public comments will be limited to three minutes per person and those registering must be in attendance at the time the meeting is called to order at 7:30 a.m. on January 14.
