HER Shelter

(Help and Emergency Response, Inc) provides leadership, advocacy, and resources to survivors and communities affected by Domestic Violence, Sexual Violence, Stalking, and Human Trafficking. The H.E.R Shelter currently operates two shelter facilities in the cities of Portsmouth and Chesapeake.
