AEM WCMS Manual:Accessing AEM

Accessing the System

Adobe Experience Manager is a Web-based platform. You do not need to install any special software to access the system. However, the system is only available from the internal campus network. This means you must:

  • Be plugged into a campus Ethernet port;
  • Be connected through the campus virtual private network (VPN) or
  • Be connected to the Monarch Virtual Environment (move.odu.edu)

AEM is not available on the campus wireless networks (AccessODU, MonarchODU, eduRoam) without a VPN connection.

Please review the list of compatible browsers. Adobe recommends Firefox.

The shortcut URL for accessing AEM author is:

http://www.odu.edu/author
