8/1 - Partial Closure of Bluestone Ave

Beginning Aug. 1 and continuing through Aug. 21, the sidewalk and Bluestone Avenue will be closed between 49th Street and Longwood Drive. The Bluestone Avenue access to ODU Parking Garage E will remain open from 49th Street. No through traffic on Bluestone Ave will be allowed during this time period.
