The ODU Parking Portal will be unavailable starting Tuesday, June 30th, at 9:30am, due to system fiscal year end closing. We anticipate online permit purchasing services to be fully restored by Wednesday, July 1st, at 11:30 am. While permits will be unavailable for purchase online during this time, permits will still be available for purchase in-person at the Transportation & Parking Services office during regular business hours. Hourly parking will continue to be available through MobilePay. While we apologize for the inconvenience, we look forward to serving your transportation and parking needs.
