As part of upcoming system reporting updates effective July 9, 2026, the centralized calculation and display of estimated annual leave loss balances will no longer appear on the Employee Self‑Service dashboard in Banner Web Time Entry (WTE) Self-Service system. Beginning July 10, 2026, any leave accrued that may result in a potential annual leave loss will need to be monitored directly by each employee.
We understand this is a change in process, and we appreciate your attention to it. To help ensure accurate planning and usage of annual leave, employees and supervisors are encouraged to review leave balances regularly and confirm that all leave taken is properly reported and approved. We also recommend monitoring any leave that may be subject to loss at the end of the leave period on January 9 each year, allowing time to schedule and use leave as needed.
