ODU Small Group Training: Faculty and Staff Strength Training

ODU employees are invited to sign up for Faculty and Staff Strength Training (FASST), a 5-week small group training fitness program to build strength, confidence, and community! This class takes place three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) from 7-8 a.m. at the ODU Student Recreation and Well-Being Center. Please note: an active gym membership is required!

FASST is designed exclusively for ODU faculty and staff who want to improve their fitness through guided, progressive strength training in a supportive environment. Led by ODU personal trainer, each session focuses on proper form, functional movements, and individualized attention to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. All fitness levels are welcome!
