SOON-TO-BE MECHANICAL GRAD ALREADY ON THE SCENE

Although he's still working towards his degree in mechanical engineering, Rob Stuart has already made a name for himself in the business world. Stuart's skateboard shop has garnered him some press. In fact, you could say it's garnered him quite a bit of press. It is the perfect situation for a small business owner.

His business, xvd Longboards, is a hands-on business that he collaborates on with his brother Andrew and runs out of a shop near ODU, was featured most recently in the 2012 edition of the Virginia Department of Education's R U Ready Magazine.
