ODU to Host Annual Hampton Roads Real Estate Market Review and Forecast March 2

Old Dominion University's E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate and Economic Development (CREED) will host its 16th annual Hampton Roads Real Estate Market Review and Forecast at the Ted Constant Convocation Center on Wednesday, March 2 at 3 p.m.

Onsite registration for CREED members is complimentary and $100 for nonmembers.

The annual event provides performance data and insight into the opportunities and challenges for the real estate industry. Featured speakers for the 2011 Review and Forecast include: Deborah Stearns, an ODU alumna and senior vice president, Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate; J. Scott Adams, regional president, CB Richard Ellis/Hampton Roads; J. Van Rose Jr., president, Rose and Womble Realty Co.; Michael Newsome, an ODU alumnus and principal of Clark Whitehill Enterprises; and Bill Throne and ODU alumnus David Machupa of Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer.

Complimentary parking is available in parking garages C and D, located adjacent to the Constant Center on 43rd Street and 45th streets, just off Hampton Boulevard.

The E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate and Economic Development is a nonprofit, nonpolitical organization established to serve as a liaison between Old Dominion University and the business community. CREED supports the needs of ODU's College of Business and Public Administration, with a focus on education, research and internship programs, and provides real estate and economic development data and research for the Hampton Roads region.
